One of our experienced Design Consultants will come to your home for an obligation free consultation. They will discuss ideas to determine a suitable concept design that meets your budget and expectations.
We take great pride in our ability to provide a tailored design to create the extra space you need and bring your dream to life.
Once you’ve agreed with preliminary design and scope of work we will prepare a detailed sketch and firm written quotation.
Step 2. Acceptance, plan drawings and approvals
Upon your acceptance of our proposal and payment of 10% deposit, Architectural Plans are prepared and our Engineer is engaged to provide required Certifications & Engineering Details for your project.
When you have approved your Architectural Plans, we submit your Application and manage approval of your Project with Council or Private Certifier.
Step 3. Pre-construction
When all of the necessary approvals are received, we will prepare your Contract for signing in our office. We use the Standard HIA Contract for Renovations & Addition.
At this stage, your Site Supervisor will meet with you on site to discuss your project and explain the building process.
Step 4. Construction
Our Site Supervisors are experienced professionals who will manage all aspects of your building project to ensure it runs smoothly and on time.
We understand and acknowledge the difficulty of maintaining your normal lifestyle during construction. Our professional tradesmen will respect you and your home and understand the importance of minimising any inconvenience.
Step 5. Completion and handover
On completion of your project your Site Supervisor will meet with you and walk through your new Addition. Any rectification matters can be discussed and affirmative action plans will be organised.
Note: (If you have approved plans and are ready for construction we would be happy to provide you with a quotation for your proposed addition, extension or renovation)
