Dear Ray,

Rita and I would just like to thank you, your staff and all contractors involved in the renovations/addition completed to our home. We are more than pleased with the end result and are extremely happy with the quality of the work provided.

A special thanks is extended to John Harwood who showed professionalism and support during the renovation period. There were a number of times that we called him at home to sort concerns out and he was always obliging and ensured that our concerns were addressed.
