Ray
Fielder - Managing Director
Ray has been heading the Company for 32 years. His enthusiasm
for the Home Additions Industry is evident to all who benefit
from his advice and design concepts. Ray has served on several
committees with the HIA and is currently with the NSW HIA
Technical Committee.

Sondra
Williams - Office Manager
Sondra has been with the Company for 30 years, controlling
the job approvals process, legal and contractual requirements
and managing all progress payments.
Sondra guides clients from the approval process right through
construction to the issuing of the "Occupation Certificate."

Colin
Nicholas - Construction Manager
Col joined the Company in 1976 as Supervisor and now fills
the vital role of Construction Manager. Col is responsible
for overall project management, material selection and quality
as well as ensuring all site staff, tradesmen and contractors
are appropriately trained and qualified.
As our Safety Officer, Col is also constantly upgrading
site management to provide a safe environment for all tradesmen,
our clients and their families.

John
Harwood - Supervisor
John started as a contract carpenter for Wal Robbins &
Co Pty Ltd in 1977. John proved to be a natural leader and
soon became foreman of our employed carpenters and apprentices.
As Supervisor, John's friendly and efficient nature ensures
our "works in progress" achieve all quality, timing
and budget objectives, while keeping our clients constantly
informed and involved throughout construction.

and their years of loyal service and wealth of experience are greatly
appreciated by all. Of course they are supported by their proud
and hardworking staff and tradesmen who are all a credit to the
Company.
