Just a brief note to thank you and all the people who worked on our extension.

We found your staff do be very professional and a nice group of people. The extension went through without any major problems, and if there was an issue raised, it was dealt with quickly through open communication with John Harwood and/or the tradespeople.

The fact that we were kept up-to-date by John with the work as it proceeded took much of the stress out of what, I believe, is often referred to as the "renovation ordeal." It must be very rewarding and, to some extent, a relief for you to have such an experienced and competent supervisor to juggle so many jobs at the one time and maintain quality workmanship.

People who have recently visited the house, including an inspector and valuer, have commented upon the good workmanship and how marvellous the new extension looks.
