Dear Ray,

To borrow a phrase from your tender "exceeding your expectations" -- Well "Wally's" certainly did that to our home alterations.

We appreciated your advice on our thoughts and the way the men implemented all of this.

Secondly, thank you for letting us queue jump, for the additional work that we thrust upon you.

These last few days have justified this work, no afternoon sun on the western wall, we should have done this years ago.

The fascia and barges look superb.

Finally, please thank all the tradesmen that worked on our job, all a good bunch of blokes.
