We've been most satisfied with all the crew at "Wal Robbins." In the unlikely event that we go through this particular form of torture again, we'll most certainly be contacting Ray and the company!

Please convey a special thanks to John Harwood. We weren't the easiest of customers and he put up with some weird requests and constant phone calls. But I guess that's what he gets paid for !!
